About the Department

Advertisers finding it increasingly harder to get their brand and marketing messages to audiences via traditional media methods are discovering the real effectiveness of making branded entertainment a part of their media strategy.

Branded entertainment is program content that looks and feels like any other TV program, but in fact has a brand or marketing message seamlessly integrated within it.

This could take the form of a product placement inside an existing TV series that lends itself to brand exploitation, or wholly new programs created by our TV producers to deliver on your key messages and desired audience profile.

No matter which form it takes, Endemol Southern Star has the know-how and the strong working relationships with all Australian broadcasters and online distribution channels to tailor a package to suit you.

No Leave, No Life takes hard-working Aussies on a surprise holiday to remind them that a little bit of R&R is easier to take than they think, and totally worth it.

Famous for being laid-back larrikins, we're now working too hard for our own good, with over 123 million days of annual leave racked up between us. We all know that the best way to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect is with a holiday but just can't seem to drag ourselves away and do it. Ernie Dingo is here to help to remind us just how easy and rewarding it is to give ourselves a break with No Leave, No Life.

Ernie finds Aussies who spend too much time at work, and not enough anywhere else. You all know the type, people that love their jobs, clients and patients so much that they can't bring themselves to leave it behind and give themselves a break. But the only person that doesn't win is the hard workers themselves.

“Anyone who works and doesn't think they can afford to make time to have a rest is crazy… We live in one of the best countries on earth and it's so easy to get away and take a break” - Ernie Dingo. No Leave No Life shows hard working Aussies what they're missing out on by not getting out there to see a bit of Australia while reconnecting with their family and friends.
